Сразу оговоримся, в “мозги” и начинку кроссовера кулибины залезть не отважились. А ну как чего-нибудь сломаешь. Да и задачи такой не стояло. Клиент тюнинговой фирмы изъявил странное желание доработать шумоизоляцию автомобиля. И сделать его салон, что называется, понаэлектризованнее. Иными словами, сделать бильярдный шар еще круглее, а солнце горячее.

Но в болгарском ателье Vilner, видно, работают затейники. Разобрав салон и убедившись в его непогрешимости в плане шумоизоляции, им все же удалось найти способ ее усовершенствовать. Проложили, не мудрствуя лукаво, новый слой. В салоне появились нелепые бирюзовые вставки в сиденья со стилизованной под электросхему вышивкой. Ну а снаружи машина изменилась и того меньше. Немного пугающе выглядят суппорты опять бирюзового цвета, зато карбоновые корпуса зеркал и задний спойлер смотрятся вполне логично. Особенно, учитывая тот факт, что сотню эта штука делает за 3,2 секунды. Словом, развлекаются люди, кто как может. И это здорово!

Tesla не смогла засудить программу Top Gear

Судья апелляционного суда в Лондоне отметил в постановлении, отклонившем иск компании Tesla к всемирно известной программе Top Gear, что «разумный зритель» не был введен в заблуждение обзором электромобиля Tesla Roadster в выпуске передачи в 2008 году, показавшем, в том числе, как модель Roadster вручную выталкивается с трека из-за того, что у нее разрядился аккумулятор.

Напомним, что ведущие Top Gear, протестировав два экземпляра Tesla Roadster, отметили в обзоре, что у них после заездов на треке аккумуляторы сели на 89-м км пробега при заявленном в технических характеристиках запасе хода в 320 км. Представители Tesla, в свою очередь, тогда заявили, что заряд аккумуляторов этих электроспорткаров никогда не опускался ниже 20%. В марте 2011 года Tesla подала иск о «клевете и злоумышленном обмане» к телеканалу BBC, выпускающему Top Gear. В октябре того же года суд первой инстанции отклонил этот иск. Tesla также заявляла, что в Великобритании потери компании от несостоявшихся по причине негативного обзора продаж составили $171 000.

Напомним, что аналогичный скандал вокруг электрокаров Tesla разгорелся в этом году в США после тест-драйва, проведенного газетой New York Times, в котором отмечалось, что у топовой версии Tesla Model S преждевременно закончился заряд литий-ионных аккумуляторов, и машину пришлось увозить на эвакуаторе. Глава компании Tesla Элон Маск сообщил на прошлой неделе, что потери производителя из-за последствий негативного тест-драйва составили около $100 млн.
